TUH are proud to have joined the Teachers Health group. Making us the only private health insurer dedicated to the education community in Australia. What’s more, these two award winning, not-for-profit health funds are the 6th largest health fund in Australia, ensuring we can continue to support you and your health needs well into the future.
Founded by Queensland teachers in 1972, TUH was created to help the education community access first-rate health care. We’ve always been not-for-profit and 100% member-owned, reinvesting profits to deliver better products, services and hospital choices.
Our members spend their lives looking after others, and we’re committed to looking after them, especially when they’re unwell. We don’t compromise on health and wellbeing, offering a range of quality products to suit your life stage.
We’re proud of our outstanding service, with higher customer satisfaction and retention rates than big for-profit funds. In fact, 95% of our members love our products and services, and very few leave.
