Our process includes consulting and testing to fully understand your health and family history. We assess your current symptoms, concerns, current lifestyle, dietary habits and stress levels to find real solutions to help you reach your health goals for lasting results. We use Functional pathology testing such as hair tissue mineral analysis, genetic tests, metabolic assessments and gut health tests (as well as many others) to provide an in-depth understanding of your unique health picture. Our custom treatment plan will give you a clear roadmap to help you reach your health goals faster.
We provide 1:1 nutrition consultations in person at our Bondi, NSW, Australia clinic and via Skype or phone nationally and internationally during business hours.
Having experienced numerous chronic and debilitating health conditions throughout my life I am passionate about finding underlying causes to health problems and addressing them comprehensively and holistically.
My mission is to help my clients discover health, vitality and well being through eating real food and re-balancing their body with the right nutritional supplements and lifestyle choices.
We work with you 1:1 to achieve your health goals. We do this through getting a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body right now through accurate testing and questionnaires and personal consulting. While doctors or other practitioners may not have been able to give you a clear path to health that works for you, our approach will give you clarity and a clear roadmap to your optimal health.
