Trident Group is a progressive business consisting of brands Trident and Maxiplas, concentrating on circular economy plastic manufacturing. Our cultural mandate is having a "cradle to grave policy" with our products. Following the usage by our customers we have systems and equipment to process used product and produce new items with fully recycled material. Our long history of plastic technology expertise has Trident at the forefront of these processes within the Australasian / Oceania markets.
Trident core products currently satisfy demand in the waste and MGB industry as well as supply chain materials handling, liquid storage and movement industries. Significant market penetration with various products and parts are supplied within the defence, automotive and agricultural sectors.
As a major custom moulder Trident offers a full suite of services from concept development, product design, prototyping, mould making and product manufacture.
Trident can offer exceptional flexibility in the products we can design and manufacture including value added services such as non-plastic component pre-assembly.
Our production equipment includes plastic injection moulding, gas injection, co-moulding, rotomoulding and plastic welding with in excess of 30 machines from 20 to 6,500 tonnes. We also have 2 paint booths and in mould labelling giving our customers full decoration option.
As toolmakers, Trident can assist with concept from design feasibility, CAD Drawings, tool design, product trials through to manufacture and distribution of the product within Australia and around the world.
