Tribe helps everyday Australians navigating their own way through the complex family law landscape. Across Australia, city and country.
What we do
Through a unique, e-commerce platform, Tribe delivers a comprehensive, menu-driven suite of fixed-price legal service products across five service pillars: Separation, Divorce, Parenting, Property and Court.
Tribe’s mission is to empower and support self-managed participants in the family law system, with legal professional input where it really counts: assisting with decision-making, guiding action and providing outstanding legal documentation.
Tribe is Australia’s first national consumer-focussed online practice is powered by a distributed workforce of experienced family lawyers who are directly engaged by Tribe. Our operations are genuinely virtual and 100% paperless.
What we care about
Tribe was founded on a mission to provide everyday Australians with better access to family law justice.
And to help with this, we need to support people’s interface with the family law system and to be more user-focussed as lawyers. We can see that the traditional lawyer-client relationship sometimes does not deliver value. So we have designed an alternative.
User-focussed family law service
With our clients, we have developed the Tribe Legal Service Model
= self-management + unbundled legal services + online & personal.
Tribe seeks to optimise the individual’s agency in the family law system and in their relations with us. We help people to be their best legal selves in the system. And with us, they’re in the driver’s seat: of the tenor and manner of the roll-out of their family law issues, and in control of their overall legal spend.
To arrive on the other side of separation in good time, in reasonable physical, emotional and financial shape, and with important relationship capital intact, is not too much to hope for. This is what most of us want. Tribe helps our people to help themselves to get there.
