TRC is founded in 2017 by Bien Singson. At a young age, Bien Singson is one of today’s most successful real estate brokers in the industry. For the past 10 years, she has been providing excellent service assistance to individuals and families based locally and internationally.
Not only is Singson a top performing real estate broker, but she is also a leader with the desire to mold excellent leaders. Going the distance, she has led her team to become the #1 top producing sales group of the Megaworld. Acknowledging her outstanding performance, she became a recipient of Megaworld’s top sales award, The Invictus Award for 2014, 2015 and 2016.
In 2018, Jackson “Jack” Lim joined the company as Chief-Executive-Officer (CEO). Lim has his own outstanding track record and awards. He was awarded back to back as Top Producer, Invictus Award Top Group of 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Along with TRC’s steady growth and outstanding client satisfaction, with over 85% leased out rate and 80% sold rate of exclusively for sale enlistments, TRC consistently delivers results!
TRC is also currently accredited with top developers in the Philippines- Megaworld, Ayala Land, Rockwell Land, Federal Land and Robinsons Land.
March 2019, TRC successfully moved to its new, 200 sqm modern office at High Street South Corporate Plaza, Fort Bonifacio Global City. All of this happening with only 2 years in the business.
