We are an established supplier for many major global players in the Optical, Semiconductor, Diagnostics, Medical and Life Sciences industries.
We are ISO9001:2015 certified, with head office and production facilities located in Malaysia, and sales subsidiary in the Netherlands.
For nearly two decades, we have produced high quality and very complex precision components for our global clients, mainly in Europe. We have also established high level of ultrasonic cleaning and cleanroom assembly capabilities for Cleanroom grade components and modules.
We started our Industry 4.0 journey since 2018, enhancing our facilities with robotised advanced CNC-machineries, including state of the art Simultaneous 5-axis Milling Centres, 9-axis Mill Turn Centres, as well as premium Job Management Systems and CADCAM Simulation Software. Through Industry 4.0 technology advancements, Tonasco Smart Factory continues to elevate our efficiency and capabilities as a premium manufacturer for high quality, complex precision components.
