Description
Tomlinson Consultants are a multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in the central north island town of Rotorua. We provide specialist property services nationwide, and work with a range of different clients from the private, public and NGO sectors.
We present information and speak with our clients clearly and concisely, and in plain english to allow informed decisions to be made. We understand that not everyone is a property professional and we present information appropriate for the audience.
Our company has partnership agreements with a range of external consultants and contractors, including engineers, surveyors, acoustic/traffic specialists, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, drainlayers and others, who we regularly work with. This works to streamline the project process and increases accountability of all parties involved.
Formed in July of 2020, Tomlinson Consultants is the ‘new kid on the block’ when it comes to property services. Recognising the need for a consultancy to pull all strands of the design and construction process together, we decided to do just that.
We are at our best when involved in a project at the early stages and have the opportunity provide our full suite of services. This provides efficiency and value for money to our clients and eliminates the risk of finger pointing between members of a disjointed team.
In saying this, we will happily work on any aspect of a project at any stage as required by our clients, especially when there is an existing project team and structure or the need for a single service in isolation.
