TNB Integrated Learning Solution - ILSAS is a corporate academy in Malaysia, specialising in people solutioning for human capital excellence. Based in Putrajaya, Malaysia, ILSAS was first established in 1978 as a part of capacity building for the nation, specifically for the power sector under Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).
ILSAS currently trains about 40,000 people annually and has an end-to-end range of programs for the entire energy industry: power production, renewable energy, transmission and grid, substations, lines and cables, meters, customer management, asset management, business innovation and many others. We train all levels of the industry from young apprentices and technicians to engineers and senior management of the energy industry.
Our customers include Tenaga Nasional (TNB), Sabah Electricity, Sarawak Energy, Petronas, Shell, Technip, MISC, AEON, Tesco, TNB Manjung Power Plant, Kapar Energy Ventures, EGAT (Thailand power utility), EVN (Vietnam power utility), Muscat Electric Distribution Company (Oman) and many others locally and across the region.
