Thành lập năm 1996, Công ty Cổ phần Phân phối Tấn Khoa là một trong những nhà phân phối và cung cấp rượu vang và rượu mạnh hàng đầu tại Việt Nam với với 10 chi nhánh trên toàn quốc bao phủ 63 tỉnh thành. Tấn Khoa cũng là nhà phân phối độc quyền của hơn 500 loại rượu vang, rượu mạnh và thương hiệu nổi tiếng trong nước.
Tấn Khoa là phát triển đồng thời các kênh phân phối On Trade (nhà hàng khách sạn), Off Trade (cửa hàng), MOFT (siêu thị), bên cạnh đó là kênh phân phối đặc biệt cho nhà hàng và khách sạn cao cấp.
