Tivan is a diversified critical minerals company, proudly based in Darwin. Our portfolio spans a variety of projects across multiple locations and development stages, focused on critical minerals that are in structural short supply. Working closely with partners in Asia, we are actively creating wealth by rapidly advancing projects, from acquisition and discovery to full production.
At Tivan, we are dedicated to generating long-term value for our shareholders while making a genuinely positive contribution to local communities. Tivan strongly supports the energy transition and the strengthening of vital supply chains in Asia.
We are advancing three major project hubs:
1. East Kimberley, WA – Speewah Fluorite and Vanadium Projects 2. Central Australia, NT – Sandover Fluorite Project, Molyhil Tungsten-Molybdenum Project, and Sandover AI 3. Turiscai, Timor-Leste – Copper-Gold Exploration
The Speewah Fluorite Project and Speewah Vanadium Project (together forming Tivan’s Speewah Project) are located 100km south of the port of Wyndham, and 110km south-west of Kununurra, in the Kimberley region of north-east Western Australia.
The Speewah Project hosts two world-class critical mineral deposits:
Speewah Fluorite: Australia’s only JORC-compliant fluorspar resource, with world-class scale, grade, and mineralogy that supports high recovery rates.
Speewah Vanadium: The largest reported vanadium in titanomagnetite resource in Australia and one of the largest globally
With the acquisition of the Sandover Fluorite Project, Tivan has successfully secured the mineral rights to all of Australia’s known high-grade fluorite. The surface mineralisation, ultra-high grades, and the absence of deleterious elements indicate a Tier 1 global deposit, highly amenable to project development.
In September 2025, Tivan signed a Binding Term Sheet to acquire the Molyhil Tungsten-Molybdenum Project. The project is located approximately 220km north-east of Alice Springs in the NT.
