Guests can opt for two types of stays, always with a core focus on living with purpose, meaning and creativity: Wellness Inclusive Stay offers 2 wellness treatments per night (total 80 min per person), while Retreat Inclusive Stays which can be booked from minimum 3 nights, are designed for a deeper wellness immersion with 1 retreat therapy & 2 wellness therapies per night (total 140 min per person), leaving guests with a deep feeling of possibility, self-belief and the ability to take action based on new discoveries. Both offers include a holistic foundation of wellness master classes such as Signature Master Class - Breathwork, Lifestyle Tai Chi, Active Yoga Flow and a Creative Workshop with TIA Tea.
