We're now live streaming online classes to make you feel like you're still in a class with the trainer, even if you're actually in your PJs in your lounge room. They're filmed like you're standing behind the trainer, following along in the mirror, with mood lighting and girl power feels. Live is great because you need to book, which keeps you accountable, and in the days of social isolation it really helps to be interacting with the trainer and other girls!
