We are a boutique family- run Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider delivering and managing homes in Queensland.
We have experience working with people with disability and understand that what you want and need in a home is unique, just like you. At TILC, we have a strong understanding of the gaps in the existing SDA market. We know there is no such thing as a one size fits all approach when it comes to SDA homes.
Our model is to work collaboratively with our clients (participants) to design a home specifically for you and your unique needs, in the location you want.
This provides you with freedom of choice, independence, and the ability to live close to family and friends, in the community you choose. Our focus is to future-proof our homes, by creating a design that can be cost-effectively adapted as your needs change over time, so you can live in your SDA home for as long as you want.
