The Glass Yard (TGY) is a start-up by Yale-NUS students who have the ambition of introducing a more circular and sustainable way of managing glass waste in Singapore. Working to collect waste glass bottles from schools, businesses and organisations and divert them away from Singapore's nearly filled landfill, TGY processes the glass waste into glass cullets which are utilised as aggregates in many different projects, construction/landscaping & horticulture/art and decor, giving the bottles a new lease of life.
