OUR PRODUCTS Our products are ethically produced and we are proud to collaborate & showcase products from designer brands to NGOs to individual Artisans supporting products that come from diverse backgrounds & own a piece of history. We are a Boutique-style store and the collections we curate & showcase for you: -are modern & contemporary in design using traditional art techniques -are truly 'unique' & 'exclusive' as we stock products with a SUPERIOR quality, however, LIMITED in quantity (usually one piece per size & design so if it's gone it's actually gone!) - are born from the passion of independent designers and artisans - are full of intricate beautiful detailing where each creation owns an individual character and is handcrafted with thought, care & lots of love.
OUR MISSION We are extremely passionate about restoring & reviving the legacy of craftsmanship using old weaving techniques which are slowly getting extinct as we are rapidly losing generations of artisans' skills. Our weavers & artisans are struggling for their survival as they have inherited the craft from their ancestors but do not have the means to gain exposure, scale their business and connect with people who care about their story.
THE FASHION WOK is a step in that direction for independent designers and artisans to tell their story and interact with a global community who not only love all things creative but in particular like to connect with the story behind a design's inspiration, its people and the process. We promise to offer & intrigue you with an 'experience' of high creativity, best service, best quality (and more!) through our platform.
