The Drink Hive is a retail bottle shop located in the heart of The Cannery, Rosebery (Sydney, Australia) focusing on local, artisan alcohol brands.
Our aim is to create a new type of bottle shop experience - balancing what you know and love with something new. The Drink Hive will be stocked with a range of hand-selected boutique brands alongside some well-knowns to allow ongoing flexibility of choice.
The Drink Hive brings together two industry experts, Mal Higgs and Grégoire Bertaud. They are two entrepreneurs with significant experience in the wine & spirits industry in Australia and abroad. They bring complimentary skills across retail, distribution and marketing.
The Drink Hive is stocked with a range of hand-selected artisan brands alongside well-knowns to allow ongoing flexibility of choice for customers. It is however, specialise in products that reflect an increasing demand for authenticity and that bring a positive impact to the producers.
The Drink Hive is the first venue in Australia to introduce refillable beer and wine stations. Bring your own bottle, or grab one of theirs and fill it up with the products of the month.
