The Care Layer exists because complex functional conditions need integrated care—not fragmented specialists giving conflicting advice.
We provide lifestyle psychiatry coaching for patients with overlapping IBS, chronic pain, anxiety, and eating disorders, plus training for practitioners who want to implement evidence-based integrated approaches.
The problem: Current healthcare sends patients with gut-brain-pain conditions to disconnected specialists. Gastroenterology treats the gut. Pain management treats pain. Therapy treats anxiety. Nobody connects the dots.
The solution: Integrated care based on the lifestyle psychiatry framework (WHO/WPA-endorsed). Someone who understands how gut-brain mechanisms, pain neuroscience, nervous system dysregulation, and lifestyle factors interact—and can treat them as the interconnected system they are.
