The Boxing Academy is a gym for everyone. Born from a shared love of traditional Krav Maga fighting and a passion for boxing, we want to teach and share our skills with the local community.
Boxing is a universal point of interest for so many people who enjoy exercising and learning self defence, whilst also serving as a powerful tool for relieving stress. We wanted to create a unique, boutique style meeting place for beginners and veterans alike to master new skills and achieve their personal wellness goals.
Beyond our core boxing offering, we provide a variety of strength and conditioning classes to support our clients overall health and wellbeing. We have an expert team of professional, nurturing and dedicated trainers who are excited to assist you with tailor-made support, 1-1 coaching and nutritional advice to fuel your fitness journey.
We also offer self defence classes for kids and teenagers as part of our anti-bullying program. Popular amongst schools, parents and the kids who attend our classes, we believe that when taught in a safe space, boxing and self defence can provide skills for life that build strength, resilience and confidence.
Community is at the heart of everything we do at The Boxing Academy. We strive to provide a safe space for people of all ages and abilities to confidently explore the sport, improve their fitness and feel empowered.
