A disruptive brand that discovered an Australian first innovation, a natural non thermal food preservation technique that’s reinvented raw hen eggs. It’s a world first, that has been awarded a world patent. This new innovation is disrupting food manufacturing worldwide including how eggs are manufactured, distributed and stored.
In 2019 the chilled smoked whole raw egg won its first Australian Fine Food award for its excellence and contribution to the Australian egg and food industry.
Whole raw eggs are slowly chilled smoked and infused with a delicate smoky flavour. This makes them unique increasing their shelf life to 35 weeks They are bacteria free, protein rich and fresh and natural as the day they were laid.
