The Modern Touch was founded in 2013 in Vietnam and was directed by Vietnamese - American architect Linh Quang Le. He lived and worked in Hawaii. He has been known as an architect with more than 20 years of experience in the development of many large projects in residential, commercial complex, community project, education work, spa and high-end resort in the US, UK, Hong Kong, Vietnam... The outstanding features of those projects are designed in standards of power, renewable, and environmentally friendly energy (LEED ®AP).
The Modern Touch has many architects, engineers, designers, project managers, construction supervisors... who are involved in numerous major projects in different countries with many features such as architecture design consulting, planning, implementation, project management, construction, restructuring and site supervision. Each member, in any position, is involved in the entire process of project development to create his best force in order to establish more value for the company.
For the domestic market, The Modern Touch wants to bring clients a modern architectural touch, but still honors the traditional spiritual values and individual brand identity. This is clearly implemented by the prominent civil works which were constructed by The Modern Touch, such as Movenpick Hotels & Residences Han River Da Nang, TMS Hotel & Spa Da Nang Beach, Tri Viet Hoi An Resort, Saipan Resort, Nam Viet A Villa, Duplex and Penthouse, Saigon Smile Spa, Grand Mercure Hotel,... All were rewarded the absolute satisfaction and trust by clients.
