Description
The JYSK Group was originally established in 2001 as Derma-Rx (Asia-Pacific) Pte Ltd, the parent company of the well-known The DRx Clinic and The DRx Medispa. In 2010, a foreign multi-national corporation acquired some of the businesses under the Derma-Rx (AP) umbrella and in 2010, the name Derma-Rx (AP) was changed to The JYSK Group to continue building on its earlier achievements while incorporating new businesses.
Now, the JYSK Group operates successful businesses in the diverse arenas of:

- Manufacture and distribution of skincare products
- Investments in medical devices and pharmaceuticals

- Real estate investments in Singapore and overseas
