Description

PMN is an independent and professional organisation for the development and spread of mediation in Indonesia. Devoted to resolving all civil disputes and conflict, out of court as well as court-­‐annexed mediation. Accredited by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia since 2004. PMN is also a founding member of Asian Mediation Association (AMA).

It has been accumulating the wealth mediation experiences since Indonesian economic crises 1998-2003, and been set up as an exit strategy of the Jakarta Initiative Task Force (JITF: A World Bank private sector development project to assist the Indonesian government in accelerating corporate restructuring to resume growth in the private sector after the country was hit by economic crisis) which successfully managed 76% cases settled of USD20.5 billion debt restructured.
