The Indigo Project is one of Australia's largest psychology practices, based in Sydney, Aus. and founded by Mary Hoang. We help people get their shit together and realise the extraordinary within themselves. Our Surry Hills practice is home to over 20 practitioners, and is a space where we run one-on-one sessions, workshops, courses and events to help people manage their mind, get perspective, and see the potential within themselves.
Our focus: To think creatively about mental health.

Our focus is to help people develop balance in body & mind, and promote creativity and imagination, with evidence-based practices informed by neuropsychological research.
With a strong focus on building community, The Indigo Project supports and showcases emerging and established Australian artists, and we invite collaboration with a multidisciplinary focus.
Our team of over 20+ practitioners is professionally trained in psychology, education, mindfulness, holistic therapies, art therapy, and the creative arts.
