We created The Inclusive Team to provide personalised, practical support for people with disability, their families, and their supports. As a registered NDIS provider, we support both children and adults across a wide range of needs.
Together, we bring a unique blend of expertise in Behaviour Support and Dietetics, working collaboratively to help individuals achieve their goals and thrive in their everyday life. Our Behaviour Support Practitioners and Dietitians are flexible in how they deliver services, which can be provided in-home, in Supported Independent Living (SIL), at day programs, schools, childcare centres, and preschools, or via telehealth and phone consultations.
The Inclusive Team is a mobile service supporting the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle regions.
