The multi award-winning IOI City Mall, located within IOI Resort City, is the largest mall in Southern Klang Valley. It is easily accessible via major highways and public transport. Its 1.5 million sq. ft. of lettable space is occupied by trendy fashion brands, supermarket, cineplexes and F&B outlets offering exquisite local and international dining experiences.
IOI City Mall Phase 2 is an additional 1million square feet net lettable space, seamlessly complement the current Phase 1 with a refreshing look and feel. The new phase will have natural light coming through an impressive central glass atrium which will allow visitors to enjoy the bright skies and energy within this indoor space. Some of the notable features of the mall include a 40,000 sq ft exhibition hall, a new cinema concept with IMAX hall, a stylish al fresco dining arcade with a porte cochère drop-off zone, new edutainment and entertainment centres for children and adults, a new rooftop sports centre and gymnasium.
With Phase 1 and Phase 2 combined, IOI City Mall will be the biggest regional mall in Malaysia with a total net lettable area of 2.5 million sq ft. Touted as the one and only regional mall in Southern Klang Valley, with strategic connectivity by all the major highways, IOI City Mall is a major retail destination with a catchment of 3.1 million people.
The pillar-less exhibition hall which located at 3rd floor of the mall, has consists of 2 halls with a reception area, with a total size of 41,000sqft. With the ceiling height of 9 meters, plenty of design creativity and structures could be built and assembled for event purpose.
