Brand profile · Research Services
The Future Workplace Project runs a Research Services operation from Adelaide, South Australia. A partnership, at unisa.edu.au. It holds one address on record, all in Australia. It employs 3 people, on the record. The record links two similar brands, most of them in Civic and Social Organizations.
The Future Workplace project undertakes world-leading research to improve productivity, performance and employee wellbeing at work.
The project – part of the University of South Australia’s Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) – investigates new ways of working that have accelerated in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic and their impact.
We work with large employers to examine the impact of the workplace design (when, where and how work is undertaken) on individual discretionary performance and team engagement.
Our researchers will spend time with your executive and HR teams to understand the “above and beyond” activities that allow groups and teams to get more done, more effectively and efficiently, while building management trust and employee commitment, as well as understanding how homes as workplaces may have different impacts on employees’ work-life balance.
Workplaces receive a series of recommendations to inform better solutions to address ‘future of work’ challenges and opportunities.
The workplace insights also contribute to the broader promotion of productive and meaningful workplaces that support employee wellbeing and work-life balance, which are essential foundations for thriving people, sustainable high-performance organisations and healthy economies and societies.
