Description
The Foot and Ankle Clinic of Australia (FACA) aims to understand the cause of each patient’s condition and then treat for a long term result. We implement varying diagnostic techniques to assess the global nature of each condition. We listen to our patients in order to formulate a treatment option which suits their goals and lifestyle. We are located across NSW AND QLD and our services range in Aged Care, home visits, medical centres, community groups and private hospitals.
Our main objective is to enable all patients from bulk billed practices to complex surgical cases to attain a higher quality of life with improved mobility and function. The focus also remains with preventing surgery and restoring function post surgery with these complex cases. This is achieved by diagnosing and treating soft tissue and joint imbalances throughout the lower limb.
We also practice lower limb alignment and joint control which formulates the model of “treating the cause, not the symptoms”.
All of these aspects can be treated using 3D Custom Joint Controlling Orthotics/Braces, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, PROLO Injection Therapy, Low Level Laser Therapy and Shockwave Therapy.
