The Flooring Centre was established in 2018 and is part of The Floor Group Pty Ltd. The Directors of The Floor Group have over five decades of experience specifically in the flooring industry; in retail, importing and wholesale, manufacturing, technical product design and procurement, franchising and operations managment.
The Flooring Centre was established in response to a growing demand for professional flooring options for customers to meet contemporary home designs and to service the global shift from soft to hard surfaces, whilst retaining outstanding soft surface solutions.
The first superstore for The Flooring Centre was opened in March 2019 in Nunawading, Victoria. The second superstore opened in December 2022 in Hawthorn East, Victoria.
More superstores are scheduled to open in Melbourne, followed by Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra, Perth and Adelaide over coming years.
The Flooring Centre is all about providing a retail experience and a level of professionalism that is truly world class by partnering with the best local distributors and international factories and using only the best qualified contractors.
