We are a team of expert dietitians and nutritionists, focusing on reproductive health, fertility & pregnancy nutrition, and supporting women from preconception throughout pregnancy and beyond. Founded by Stefanie Valakas APD, Certified Fertility & Pregnancy Dietitian

Our HQ is based in Sydney, Australia, our team work from across the Eastern seaboard. The Dietologist transitioned to a fully digital practice in 2020 offering Zoom consultations to clients across Australia and the world who are seeking expert nutrition advice for their fertility & reproductive health journies.

The Dietologist provides 1-on-1 services for those trying to conceive to help them apply the latest scientific evidence in the space of fertility nutrition in a practical and flexible way to their life for optimal outcomes. We also have a special interest in managing reproductive health related concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid concerns as well as metabolic health concerns such as insulin resistance & weight concerns, disordered eating and more.

We adore supporting our clients that conceive throughout pregnancy, post-partum, the critical lifestage noted as the first 1000 days of life to ultimately prevent long-term chronic conditions.
