The Costume Dept and The Staging Dept offer thousands of beautifully crafted costumes, props and sets appropriate for a wide range popular productions including full shows like Cats, Wicked, Addams Family and Les Misérables as well as from the Disney Jr and Broadway Jr collections. All at very competitive prices.

Servicing metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, NSW and Tasmania. Other interstate enquiries also welcome. We are constantly adding to the collection, so if you’re looking for something, in particular, please contact us. Most costume collections are in quantities of between 20-50 costumes. Some collections can accommodate up to 100.

THE COSTUME DEPT In addition to large sets of adult and child-sized costumes for specific productions (eg. CATS, Beauty & the Beast, Les Miserables, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, Seussical, Wizard of Oz) we also cover a comprehensive range of themes from animals, uniforms, period, historical and character costumes. The Costume Dept has also invested in unique, bespoke costumes such as the Talking Trees for Wizard of Oz, the Cheshire Cat for Alice In Wonderland and a range of mascots and fantastical animals to name just a few.

THE STAGING DEPT Over the past decade Stage School Australia has invested significantly in creating and acquiring high quality production sets, specialist props, drapes, staging/rostra and technical equipment.Our vast collection ensures your concerts, theatre productions and school shows always look spectacular.

Sets for popular shows include:

  • The original The Addams Family set and costumes from the Broadway production
  • Les Misérables
  • Wicked
