The Classroom Circle is a social initiative that aims to transform the classroom climate by empowering teachers through introducing and integrating Restorative Circles in the classroom. The new school climate promotes the right to speak up and the need to have listened to teachers and students. That eventually build-up a sense of belonging, mutual respect, and understanding among students, teachers, and principals construct the foundation for handling conflicts positively and solving problems collaboratively.
