It can be overwhelming, not knowing where to start and what to do, who to contact and ask for help, plus what you might need in terms of documents and evidence.
Understanding what the NDIS is and who it supports, how to work out if you are eligible, and what information you need to provide including forms, reports, assessments and letters from medical practitioners, can be challenging.
You might also want to work in the sector and/or start a business so knowing what you need to do to be able to work in this sector and supporting client needs whilst keeping everyone safe - these are all things that you need to understand.
