Description
The BBM Program is an initiative that provides the tools to shift mindset, learn how to eat well, and get active. Since 2014, we've been focused on educating, supporting and training New Zealand communities that have been struggling with obesity, diabetes and heart disease. So far we've impacted thousands of lives, but we want to impact thousands more.
I'm David (Brown Buttabean) Letele, and my journey started with my own weight loss story. Having lost over 100kg through good nutrition and exercise, I now dedicate my time to helping others do the same by teaching them how to live the BBM lifestyle - Brain, Body, Movement. We have helped New Zealand communities lose 1000s of kilos, and even helped reverse type 2 diabetes. To date, the programme has reached over 8000 members and saved countless lives, with your help, we could reach thousands more.
