This year marks the 88th year of the Farmers Santa Parade and attracts over 100,000 people into the CBD annually.
The Auckland Children's Christmas Parade Trust was formed in 1991, after Farmers gifted the Auckland Santa Parade to the city of Auckland. Since then the Parade has continued to increase in popularity and size and has cemented itself as a staple on the Auckland event calendar.
