Description
Thanh Loc commune was a very poor area in the deep south of Vietnam where many children did not have the opportunity to go to school due to lack of financial resources and it is where our Organisation first started providing aid to those in need and adopting the commune’s name for our Organisation.
We have been building houses, schools, bridges, water pumps, toilets, and other infrastructure projects in addition to providing Student Education Scholarships since 2009, and with the help from our generous donors we are still going strong.
Every year we provide scholarships to school children which consist of the full payment of tuition fees, personal insurances, textbooks, school bags, uniforms, underwear, and belts.
Since 2009, we have provided more than 1000 years of education to poor students and have also provided a significant number of bicycles for students who live large distances from their school.
Over our years of operation, we have developed very strong relationships with all levels of Government in both Kien Giang and Hau Giang from the provincial level down to the hamlet levels where we operate.
We are always looking for funding partners for our projects, so we welcome the opportunity to partner with new organisations and individuals who are able to fund and support our work.
