Description
Cut and sew garment company in Vietnam Cut and sew refers to the type of garment we make - also known as knitwear. Not to be confused with fully-fashioned knit. We are not a CMT factory and we don’t make sweaters. We produce fabric, source trim and accessories and sew garments according to your specifications.
Our business started by producing leather jackets and then down jackets before we became a cut and sew garment company in Vietnam. We have been sewing embellished men, women and children garments using circular knitted fabrics for our customers since 2002. We have 15 sewing lines and 2 sample lines that produce over 200,000 pieces per month. We have two sample lines to support your sales team. We produce fabric from imported cotton, polyester, viscose and spandex yarn. We knit and dye in Vietnam before sewing in our factory. We take CSR very seriously and maintain our Oeko Tex, SA 8000 and Target certification to be compliant. We have 270 employees working in District 9 sewing factory. Our head office is in HCMC 10 minutes from district 1 (10 minutes from the Sheraton Hotel.) Our district 9 production facility is 40 minutes from Sheraton. We have all the standard sewing machines including flat lock (also know as flat seaming) for sports wear. We have our own heat seal machines as well as all the standard sewing equipment like fabric checking stations, cutting tables, QC, Ironing, metal detecting and packing.
