Tenco is the largest provider of private utility network solutions in New Zealand. We have been serving the property industry since 1998 and manage over 350 networks. We combine deep industry expertise with a proven track record to deliver customer solutions for our clients. Leading property companies choose Tenco.
Tenco provides three core services:
1. Embedded Network Management - Tenco establishes and operates embedded networks on behalf of our property group customers. Embedded networks allow property owners to capture income, while allowing their tenants to select an electricity retailer of their choice in the same way they do in the open electricity market. Sites include commercial buildings, business parks, retirement villages, shopping centres, body corporate apartments and airports.
2. Customer Network Solutions - Reconciliation and billing of customer networks that include power, water and fibre.
3. Value Add Services - Monitoring and analytics and energy procurement.
