Traditional debt collection agencies are only able to persistently prompt debtors to pay their debts and if the debtor stubborn, the debt and problem remains. Here at Tempest we take a direct approach to contact debtors and if they do not engage with us swiftly, we immediately commence with legal proceedings.
EXPERIENCED IN-HOUSE LEGAL TEAM Established in 2015, Tempest is a sister company of Waterstone Insolvency and has its own in-house legal team. Our in-house model alongside our specialist knowledge within insolvency allows us to operate internally, without depending on third-party services. This results in Tempest being able to effectively litigate, significantly reduce costs and time taken to reach an outcome.
