Techno Enterpreneur Club adalah unit kegiatan mahasiswa yang menghimpun mahasiswa ITB dengan minat terhadap kewirausahaan. Lahir dari keyakinan bahwa Indonesia akan menjadi bangsa besar bila disokong oleh wirausahawan lokal yang mampu berbuat lebih bagi bangsa, TEC-ITB bercita-cita menjadi inkubator bagi bibit-bibit wirausahawan dari kampus gajah—terutama wirausahawan berbasis teknologi (technopreneur). Untuk itu, TEC-ITB terus berusaha menghadirkan kombinasi ilmu dan pelatihan, lingkungan yang membangun, atmosfer yang memacu, serta relasi yang mendukung minat berwirausaha mahasiswa ITB dalam suatu wadah unit kegiatan mahasiswa yang menyenangkan.
