Tan Chong Technical Institute (TCTECH) was founded in 2011 and since then, has grown and expanded throughout the nation. We have TCTECH vocational schools in key cities like - Petaling Jaya, Penang, Kota Bharu and Sandakan. We are affiliated with renowned academic partners, institutions, examination bodies, and government agencies on the national front and internationally. Our students have achieved international awards but most importantly, secured promising future in today’s competitive workplace.
Our brand - TAN CHONG TECHNICAL INSTITUTE (TCTECH)
We are to be an ASEAN private skills based vocational training school with the purpose to provide industry centric automotive and continuous education programs with local and foreign accredited learning institutions to our young “skill inclined” school leavers and experienced mature working adults. We help our young teenagers onto the right first job, and the experienced mature working adults onto new and advanced skill-set. Our main thrust is to enhance skilled workers’ quality and standards to support the growth of our internal Tan Chong Group talent management, the country demand and regional needs.
70% of our trainings are practical in nature and our young students have the opportunity to work within our group network.
Our mature students are assured of essential advanced education for their personal career growth. Besides education and training, we incorporate work-based learning elements which include part-time work, apprenticeship, on-job-training and volunteer work within Tan Chong Group.
