TBI – Transport & Business Insurance Services are a regionally based insurance broker representing transport operators, both large and small Australia wide.
As a transport operator in the late 80’s & 90’s our managing director gained experience that gives us a better understanding of what a transport operator faces on a daily basis.
Our prior experience in transport and our intimate knowledge of transport related insurance products is highly regarded by the insurance companies. This equates to the insurers being prepared to work with us to help provide the best policy for the best premium, get a claim across the line or working with you to help prevent a claim in the first place.
If you are serious about your insurance and tired of brokers just chasing a quick buck or dealing with people whom have little understanding of the difficulties faced by a transport operators, then please contact us.
More often than not, we can establish if we can assist you over the phone, however, if we believe your current broker is doing a good job, we’ll let you know they are and encourage you to stay with them.
As we have said, we are not chasing a quick buck. We have been in your position and we have more respect for transport operators and the difficulties they face daily and prefer to earn our money by helping and assisting our clients, not by making a quick sale just to pick up a commission.
