In 2013, Tailors Mark was launched with a single mission – revolutionise men’s tailoring. Make it easier and more convenient for our customers to get high-quality clothes that fit perfectly the moment they’re put on. Better shirts, better suits – all wrapped up in a better experience.
We’ve taken the best parts of tailoring – the detail, the craft, the individuality – and remade it for the modern world. A huge part of that means ensuring our customers get a tailoring experience that respects their time, and neatly fits into their always on-the-go lifestyle. Nothing demonstrates this quite like our most recent development:
TAILOR3D.
We wanted to create a formula that would allow us to make suits that fit right, without the need for numerous in-person alterations. After several years working hard behind the scenes, we launched TAILOR3D. A world-first that fuses 3D-printing and body-scanning technology, making it possible to achieve a flawless fit with no alterations, in three easy steps.
First, we use a 3D body scanner (developed in conjunction with several leading Australian universities) to capture our customers’ unique physical dimensions. With that scan, we then 3D print an exact replica of their bodies, which live with our tailors during the entire suit-construction process. This enables us to build our customers’ suits around their 3D shapes rather than just tape measurements. Saving people time, and ensuring a more precise fit from the get-go.
The result is simple: better clothes, less fuss. For busy people who just want quality custom clothes that fit right – the first time.
It’s a new era of tailoring. It’s tailoring reborn.
