This philosophy is deeply rooted from the philosophies of its parent company which inherently created hybrid (business-social) values in countries where they were founded by preventing damages to lives and public/private assets during the natural disasters.
Global Society and Hybrid Value Chain Oriented philosophy make the founder focus on how to create values through synergies among Business Units and Societies (Social Impact) in the AEC Industry. T&T Design plans to execute this by keeping ourselves part of the value chain in Human Capital Formation in ASEAN region. Through this program, we are also addressing Japan's need for human capital resource.
