Description

An award winning 20 rooms ecolodge, Sukau Rainforest Lodge, located on the Kinabatangan River in the heart of Borneo. It was a brainchild of the founder of the company, Albert Teo, the Sukau Rainforest Lodge has won numerous International Ecotourism Awards since its opening in 1995. Set amidst the Borneo rainforest on the banks of the mighty Kinabatangan River, which is known to have the highest concentration of wildlife in South East Asia, the Lodge attracts a large number of visitors due to its uniqueness, its green policies, community projects and environmental education. In 2010, the lodge sets another milestone in its history with a RM2 million upgrade to provide a complete new look and higher level of comfort.
