SU Tunnel and Civil Services was established in 1985, under the name Shantfell Underground to provide specialist equipment and labour for underground tunnelling and shaft projects.
Today, it is responsible for contract works as wide ranging as earthworks and civil projects through to specialised tunnel, shafts and box cuts. The company draws from our team of project managers, engineers, supervisors, shift bosses, tunnellers and operators that are highly skilled and experienced at delivering a broad range of contract works.
SU Tunnel and Civil Services has a proven track record in supplying contracting services utilising its equipment and personnel on critical path works. Our extensive knowledge in the industry also benefits our clients in developing construction methodologies and accessing the right equipment and personnel for the job.
We understand major works and the requirement for reliable well supported equipment and personnel to minimise down time. With access to a huge range of equipment through our sister company EA Hire Equipment, we give our clients the benefit of knowing that the job will be done on time and on budget.
