START Now exists to make work, work better.
We are living in a period of change and disruption that is unprecedented. Which is creating opportunities for employees and employers to work differently. We believe that work needs to align to human values, and if you're not working in a place that meets your purpose, un-productivity & anxiety will follow.
It matters for both individuals - and organisations - to have clarity on your career pathway and an ability to clearly communicate that to the market.
We work with teams and individuals to help gain that clarity. Using the toolbox of human centred design, we have created a unique methodology that unlocks new creative pathways for people. We encourage experimentation and give people he ability to design careers that might have not been possible in previous generations.
