Mark represents workers from a range of sectors including in the public sector, in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, information technology, clerical or administration. He has acted for executives and managers and fought for working people since his admission to practice in 2001.
He has represented health professionals including nurses, carers and doctors, and successfully appealed decisions of the Health Practitioner Regulation Agency to VCAT and the Supreme Court.
He has obtained compensation for underpaid workers and individuals experiencing discrimination or Award/Enterprise Agreement or contract breaches.
STAL prides itself on achieving practical results for their clients and promptly meeting their clients’ requirements. The firm’s friendly staff are an effective close working team, always striving to work in their clients’ best interests.
Besides servicing clients in Melbourne’s CBD, STAL is ready to service clients in outer metropolitan Melbourne and Victoria. The firm has a presence in Melbourne and Dandenong offices.
