PT Sumber Tani Agung Resources Tbk (STAA), established in 1970, is an oil palm plantation group based in Medan, North Sumatra. Over the decades, STAA has experienced consistent growth through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. As of 2024, STAA has developed over ± 49.728 hectares of oil palm plantations, encompassing nucleus and plasma plantations, and employs more than 11,000 individuals.
STAA manages a fully integrated palm oil value chain comprising 15 estates, 10 palm oil mills, a kernel crushing facility, and a solvent extraction plant supported by a biogas power plant, alongside a refinery and fractionation plant located in Riau. Our operations extend across five key provinces in Indonesia: North Sumatra, South Sumatra, Riau, West Kalimantan, and Central Kalimantan.
