In a rapidly developing industry, poorly designed buildings are evident, creating damaging results for our clients and community. The damaging results in fire engineering may cost lives. Fire Engineering design is an important aspect in the project, considering life safety and property protection with the intention to not restrict architectural design and adding additional cost.
In early 2022, three passionate and well experienced engineers shared a common desire of wanting to create effective and innovative solutions for their clients, by taking the unnecessary complexities out of the picture, bringing it back to square one. Through their 30 years of industry experience as fire engineers, they knew that at the end of the day when you strip it all back, it is the core foundations of engineering that lead to the best solutions for their clients.
Square 1 Engineering (SQR1) is a Melbourne founded fire engineering consultancy that shares a wealth of over 30 years of industry experience, successfully delivering a multitude of iconic projects across a variety of sectors including social infrastructure, transport infrastructure, and built assets.
