SPS feels passionate about ‘raising the bar’ on leadership in the Engineering, Building and Construction industry. This has led to the launch of the SPS Leaders Alliance, an SPS shared value initiative looking to support the development of future senior leaders in the industry that SPS clients are part of.
Our purpose is clear, to help ‘raise the bar’ on leadership in our Engineering, Building and Construction industry, where our organisations continue to be profitable but not at the expense of our people and planet.
Our vision is to become a self-organising group of well-connected young professionals working collaboratively to inspire individuals to implement the transformational changes necessary for an inclusive, sustainable, and thriving industry.
Natasa Gadzuric is the Founding Principal of SPS. She is a civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in operational and support roles for construction companies, projects and business advisory, and engineering design consultancies. Natasa sits on the Board of the College of Leadership and Management (CLM), is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Engineering Executive (EngExec), and a Fellow of Engineers Australia. She has been running her boutique consultancy SPS since September 2015.
